As a veteran entrepreneur, Dick Naedel has founded a diverse range of businesses-- a restaurant chain, recreational boat manufacturing, commercial application software development, internet software for pharmaceutical trials, military and industrial computer manufacturing, and retail software publishing (he created the nationally distributed software program, “Business Plan Writer”.)
He has written numerous prospectuses for small business sales, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), and venture capital. He has also participated in the negotiations for corporate acquisitions and divestitures for publicly traded corporations.
His commercial and investment properties experience spans listings and sales in the areas of: industrial property, vacant land for residential and commercial development, office/retail income buildings, retail and industrial condo units, and multi-family residential income properties.
Dick grew up in Clearwater, Florida, and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a former military intelligence officer.
He has been a licensed agent in the state of Florida since 1994 and is the Founder and Managing Broker of SAGE Commercial Properties & Business Brokerage, Inc. in Naples, Florida. He was formerly with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and a member of Coldwell’s Global Gold Circle of Distinction and International President’s Elite, with sales in the top 3% of all 125,000 Coldwell agents worldwide.
Dick is the President of the Southwest Chapter of the Florida Business Brokers Association, and trains new members in business brokerage procedures, protocols, and contracts.
